- Application and scope of application
SYS-1000P Automatic Asphalt Penetrometer is based on the standard of the people's Republic of China GB / T 4509-1998 / 2010 petroleum asphalt penetration test method, and the transportation industry standard of the people's Republic of China JTG According to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of T0604-2011 asphalt penetration test in E20-2011 test specification for asphalt and asphalt mixture of highway engineering, it is an innovative patent product with independent knowledge.
This instrument is mainly used to measure the penetration of road petroleum asphalt, modified asphalt and residue after evaporation of liquid petroleum asphalt or emulsified asphalt, and automatically calculate the penetration related value of asphalt with formula method. The standard test conditions are as follows:
The dish containing the asphalt sample is placed in a constant temperature bath of 25 ºC± 0.1 ºC, and the standard needle assembly with a total mass of 100 ± 0.05g falls vertically without friction. The depth of vertical penetration into the asphalt sample within 5 seconds is called asphalt penetration to reflect the viscosity of asphalt. The greater the penetration of asphalt, the smaller the viscosity of asphalt, the softer the asphalt.
The instrument can also be used for the inspection of solid particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies and other materials, as well as the inspection of food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, malt jelly, cream and fermented body. It can be widely used in food industry, traffic highway engineering and other industrial departments.
